Amanda’s career started out while attending High School, working for Barber’s Restaurant. Amanda graduated from Colquitt County High School in 2003. She then went on to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College to receive an Associate’s degree in Sociology in 2006. After ABAC, Amanda furthered her education at Thomas University in Thomasville, GA. She then graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in May of 2008.
While furthering her education and after graduating, Amanda worked in various aspects of the Social Work field, including working for a substance abuse program, a domestic violence shelter, and later working for a program to help kids and adolescents with behavior or substance abuse issues.
Amanda is now utilizing her knowledge and Social Work experience in a new and exciting venue working at Quality Employment Service. She joined the Quality Employment Service team in June of 2011 and is excited about using her experience in the Social Work field to help individuals gain meaningful and fulfilling employment and employers find loyal and proficient employees!
