Here’s the team:
Susan Folds – President
Susan started her career as a receptionist for a mill supply house where she worked her way up to the receiving department. After getting married, she went on the road with a construction company. Since she moved every two to three years, she was the perfect example of a temporary employee. Working different positions gave her the experience to understand the different ways that individual offices work. Susan and John started Quality Employment Service in January 1995. She has worked nearly every position in the office. After 20+ years, Susan is still learning new things every day and loves what she does.
John Folds – Vice President
After serving in the United States Air Force, John received his degree in business management. He has been in management, purchasing, and personnel throughout his career. John and Susan opened Quality Employment Service in January 1995 and have offices in Moultrie and Tifton. They currently have a staff of 15 and look forward to their continued growth.
Dusty Clark – Branch Director
Dusty is the Branch Manager for Quality Employment Service at the Tifton location. He has been an active employee for QES for the past 15 years. Dusty has an associate’s degree from Abraham Baldwin College. He began his career by working temporary positions through QES. He was eventually hired full time to manage the business development, recruiting and oversee other operations for the Tifton branch.
Billie Olguin – Staffing Coordinator
Billie is our bilingual Staffing Coordinator for the Tifton branch. She was employed for eight years with the Tift County Board of Education. She also worked as an Assistant Bookkeeper for Short & Paulk for three years. In the spring and fall soccer seasons, Billie works as a youth soccer referee. She has worked for Quality Employment Service since June 2014.
Leslie Jones – Staffing Coordinator
Leslie began her career in 2002 working for Curves International Women’s Fitness Club as an Assistant Manager for eight years. She began her career with Quality Employment Service in 2013 as a Staffing Coordinator. She enjoys working with people and helping each to find the perfect job.
Brandi Douglas – Staffing Coordinator
Brandi attended Moultrie Technical College where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. After graduating, she began her career in customer service at Ameris Bank as a Loan Clerk. Brandi joined our Quality Employment Service team in April 2016 as a Staffing Coordinator. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them with all of their employment needs.
Haley Slocumb – Staffing Coordinator
In 2008, Haley graduated from Moultrie Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. The following year, she began her 7-year career with Alltel / AT&T where she was promoted into management. She has extensive experience in customer service and enjoys helping people. She joined the Quality Employment Service team in the summer of 2016 as a Staffing Coordinator.
Tisha Benavides – Staffing Coordinator
Tisha started out her career as an Aerospace Physiology Instructor in the United States Air Force in 1995. She proudly served her country for four years and still enjoys helping veterans and their families, but now does so by helping them with their employment needs. She started working in the staffing field in South Carolina and worked both in mass recruiting and corporate staffing. Tisha joined Quality Employment Service’s team in 2012 and has been helping employers and employees with their staffing needs ever since.
Tammy Salas – Staffing Coordinator
Tammy started her career in customer service. She worked at a local loan and tax company as a Translator, Loan Officer and a Tax Preparer for 13 years. Tammy joined Quality Employment Service in July 2015 as a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator and she enjoys helping people, including the Hispanic community, find and retain employment.
Jessica Purcell (“JP”) – Staffing Coordinator
Jessica (“JP”) comes to the Moultrie office as a Staffing Coordinator with extensive experience in retail management at Dollar General for five years and as the CFO for a car dealership for seven years. Her background in customer service will serve both us and our community well with her love of helping people. She loves to travel overseas and throughout the United States when she’s not helping our locals connect with great jobs.
Nancy Najera – Staffing Coordinator
Nancy began her career as a 911 dispatcher, where during her eight years of service she was named Tele Communicator of the Year by the State of Georgia in 2008. She continued her passion for helping others and began her career with Quality Employment Service in July 2013 as a Staffing Coordinator. Nancy specializes in the areas of translation, unemployment and workers’ compensation. She is bilingual and is very active in the Hispanic community. She enjoys serving as an Ambassador for the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce.
Amanda Brack – Business Development Consultant
Amanda started working in the social work field. She has worked in various aspects of the social work field, including working for a substance abuse program, a domestic violence shelter and later working for a program to help kids and adolescents with behavior or substance abuse issues. Amanda is now utilizing her knowledge and social work experience at Quality Employment Service as the Business Development Consultant for the Tifton branch. She joined the QES team in June 2011 as a Staffing Coordinator. She is eager to use her experience in the social work field and four years of staffing experience to help employers gain the qualified workers they need.
Jessica Stone – Business Development Consultant
Jessica has an extensive background in marketing, customer service, and staffing. She enjoys establishing new relationships and helping those in need. She joined the Quality Employment Service team in June 2016 where she is applying her knowledge and skills as the Business Development Consultant for the Moultrie office. Jessica also volunteers as an Ambassador with the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce where she contributes to various community projects and serves as a representative of Quality Employment Service.
Lisa Sellers – Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk
Lisa attended Moultrie Technical College where she studied accounting and business management; after graduating, she was employed with City of Camilla as their Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk. She then went into the medical field working as an Office Manager and Insurance Billing Clerk for several physicians’ offices, and was later employed at Turning Point Care Center as their Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk. Lisa joined Quality Employment Service in February 2014 as the Payroll Manager for both the Moultrie and Tifton offices. She enjoys helping people and never meets a stranger.
Kim Ray – On-Site Manager
Kim attended Valdosta Technical College and received a diploma in marketing in 1989. She then worked at Walt Disney World for ten years in culinary. Later she worked for eight years in Atlanta and Tifton as a courier. Kim then graduated from Moultrie Technical College in May 2015 with a diploma in business administrative technology. She joined the QES team in July 2015.
