This event is open to any Business or Organization with a need for exposure to potential applicants.
There is no charge for any Business or Organizations to participate.
There is no obligation to participate other that we ask that you remain set up until the end of the event. We will also have areas set up for you to conduct interviews so your table can be dedicated for presentation.
We will need to know if you are going to require electricity for your table as these spots will be limited.
We have had great success with this event over the last two years and expect this year to be even better.
If you’re like most employers, it’s been challenging to find (and keep!) good people. No call, no shows. People who can’t do the job. Good jobs going vacant for way too long. At Quality Employment Service, we get it. We live and work in the rural Georgia communities we serve and see it firsthand. But being so close to the issues employers face has given us a unique insight into the problems and the ability to develop solutions.
Where our approach is a little different is the way we go about screening candidates. They come into one of our offices, fill out a paper application and sit down with us one-on-one. We get to know people that way, and when we look them in the eye, there’s a better chance they’ll be straight with us about what they want. That means less chance of them taking a job that’s not really what they had in mind. It reduces turnover and the chance of placing someone who’s not the right fit. There’s no point bringing in someone who looks great on paper if they won’t be happy at your company and have one foot out the door to their next job from day one!
